Easy installation with a heat gun, first remove and clean forks, then slide the cut-to-length lower glue-lined sleeves down against circlip and heat shrink from base up rotating fork as you go to cover from the circlip to the triple clamp, then the top cut-to-length sleeves are slid over fork upper when you reinstall the fork and then heat shrunk fit and remain moveable for easy fork removal or re-installation.
